摘要: Ionization efficiency curves (IE curves) of Ar and Mg are measured up to 100 eV by crossed beam method. A mass spectrometer is used for separation multiply charged ions. Abundance ratios ions singly ion at 500 obtained five fold three charge respectively. The summations the IE agree well with absolute total ionization other workers. curve + has two maxima 45 90 eV. Remarkable structures found 255 3+ 4+ they attributed an Auger process or electron shake-off caused inner shell electrons. break 55 2+ probably autoionization arising from excitation which occurs below , seem have no structures.
