摘要: Abstract Waste management is one of the issues that currently have gained relevance. World plastic production increasing year by and 79% this end in landfills natural environments, while only 12% incinerated 9% recycled. Several countries implemented a policy to increase recycling materials order conserve use raw materials. The present study deals with polyolefin waste aggregates (PWA) obtained from recycled plastics used as replace ones produce lightweight aggregate concretes (LWAC). In particular, three mixtures are examined which 10%, 20%, 30% replaced PWA. mechanical properties (compressive tensile strength) physical (porosity, density, thermal stability) determined on samples prepared. Furthermore, postfire residual performance, ultrasonic testing, compression force evaluated.
