摘要: Objective To investigate the effect of visceral fat on operative time and discuss whether measurement adipose accumulation could be used as a sensitive predictor technical difficulty in performing laparoendoscopic single-site adrenalectomy (LESS-A) laparoscopic (LA). Methods We reviewed medical records 106 patients undergoing LA or LESS-A at our institution. Total area (TFA) (VFA) were measured level L4 vertebra by computed tomography. categorize type obesity, VFA/TFA ratio was calculated. Multiple logistic regression analyses performed to identify independent predictors prolonged time. Results The does not always coincide with body mass index (BMI, r = 0.415), higher correlation coefficient observed between (r = 0.359) than that BMI 0.189). Multivariate analysis revealed pheochromocytoma, tumor size ≥5 cm, ratio ≥0.35, defined accumulation, predictive factors for LESS-A. able stratify into short, intermediate, long times using these preoperative variables. Conclusion This study increases complexity might more indicator BMI.
