摘要: Abstract A whole headspace injection method was devised and evaluated. In the conventional static method, only a part of gas is introduced into separation column. The amount volatile organic compounds in calculated using Henry's constants shown to be enough for measurement chromatography-mass spectrometry. Therefore, we have designed device which allows sampled from vial, it are brought micro-trap, then chromatographic-mass spectrometry system. Using this sensitive analysis has been achieved.
