摘要: The exocellular DD-carboxypeptidase-transpeptidase of Streptomyces R39 is inhibited by beta-lactam antibiotics according to the same general scheme reaction as R61. However, values for kinetic constants involved in are very different two enzymes and provide an explanation observation that enzyme more sensitive than R61 enzyme. Further, particular beta-lactams influence extents depending on source enzyme, so a physical basis spectrum antibiotic activity against systems provided.
