Parametric combination resonance instability characteristics of laminated composite curved panels with circular cutout subjected to non-uniform loading with damping

摘要: The dynamic instability of laminated composite doubly curved panels with centrally located circular cutout, subjected to non-uniform compressive in-plane harmonic edge loading is investigated. present work deals the problem occurrence combination resonances in contrast simple parametrically excited antisymmetric angle-ply and symmetric cross-ply central cutout. method multiple scales used obtain analytical expressions for resonance regions. It shown that other cases can be major importance yield a significantly enlarged region comparison principal region. effects loading, damping, number layers, orthotropy, static load factor width-to-thickness ratio on behavior simply supported are studied. results show under localized zones as important zones. damping there finite critical value each below which cannot become dynamically unstable. A cutout has destabilizing effect stability loading. This example simultaneous excitation two modes, oscillating steadily its own natural frequency, may considerable interest vibration testing actual structures.
