摘要: Background and Aims: For Helicobacter pylori eradication, proton pump inhibitor -based triple therapy is recommended as the first-line therapy. This classic treatment has been reported to be ineffective, in particular with development of clarithromycin resistance. The aim this study was evaluate efficiency first line eradication. Materials Methods: prospective included patients seen between February 2010 July 2011, endoscopic biopsy-detected who were previously untreated a accepted participate study, at least 90% drug usage. protocol clarithromycin, amoxicillin inhibitorfor 14 days 2x1, 1x1 continuation lansoprazole for two months.
