摘要: Aim: The effects of oxytocics on thoracic epidural pressure during cesarean section were studied in 60 parturients, (American Society Anesthesiologist physical status, class I or II) after obtaining informed consent. Methods: subjects randomized to either a ergometrine (n = 30) oxytocin treatment group (n = 30). anesthetized with 11–12 mg intrathecal isobaric bupivacaine (0.5%), and an catheter was placed at Th 11/12, connected transducer continuously monitor pressure. We analyzed pressure, blood heart rate 5 min administering (SAB5m), immediately before skin incision (pre-incision), delivery the placenta (placenta-del), fetus (CS5m). Results: In both groups, pressures found be elevated compared their levels incisions made, (P < 0.0001). Epidural placenta-del (P = 0.0055) CS5m (P < 0.0001) higher than SAB5m group. also lower (P = 0.0122), but (P < 0.0001). Conclusions: conclude that there is increase fetal delivery, which appears associated uterine contraction.
