摘要: Introduction Aberrant expression of long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) has been implicated in the tumorigenesis and progression colon cancer. Lymphoid enhancer-binding factor 1 antisense RNA (LEF1-AS1), a highly conserved newly discovered RNA, reported to be upregulated correlated with poor prognosis cancer, but exact role it remains uncertain. Materials methods In our study, biological functions LEF1-AS1 cancer were analyzed by cell viability assay, colony formation scratch wound healing transwell invasion soft agar luciferase reporter pull down tumor xenograft model Western blot. Results We found that was patients overall survival recurrent-free survival. Besides, enforced HT29 T84 cells promoted migration, invasion, anchorage-independent growth, lung metastasis, while knockdown COLO320 suppressed growth formation. addition, directly interacted inversely miR-30-5p SOX9 downstream target for miR-30-5p. overexpression increased level SOX9, restoration attenuated effects caused Conclusion Our results indicated metastasis partially through miR-30-5p/SOX9 axis. The oncogenic could potential prognostic biomarker
