摘要: The pathogenic bacterium Helicobacter pylori infects half of the human population and is one genetically most diverse bacterial species known. H. was first whose genome sequenced in 1997, for which two complete sequences from independent isolates were available within-species comparisons. For almost 10 years, genomic post-genomic analysis has contributed enormously to our understanding pathogenesis infection. This review summarizes information, emphasizing work performed framework PathoGenoMik funding initiative (2001-2006) German Ministry Education Research.
