摘要: A recombinant inbred (RI) strain or line (RIL) is a member of family strains that used to study genetic, phenotypic, and environmental sources variation. Each RI inherits unique set homozygous but chromosomes derived after several generations intercrossing inbreeding from two more parental genomes. chromosome consists stable alternating sequence haplotypes inherited strains.
