摘要: This invention provides an angled-dual-illumination-axis confocal scanning microscope comprising a fiber-coupled, head and vertical unit. The is configured such that two illumination beams intersect optimally at angle θ within object the achieved by pivoting their corresponding observation using single element, thereby producing arc-line scan. unit causes to move towards or away from object, yielding cross-section scan of object. have advantages enhanced resolution, faster scanning, higher sensitivity larger dynamic range detection, field view longer working distance, compact integrated construction.
