Translation of Real-Time Infectious Disease Modeling into Routine Public Health Practice.

摘要: Infectious disease dynamic modeling can support outbreak emergency responses. We conducted a workshop to canvas the needs of stakeholders in Australia for practical, real-time tools infectious emergencies. The was attended by 29 participants who represented government, defense, general practice, and academia stakeholders. found that is underused its potential poorly understood practitioners involved epidemic development better desired. Ideal operational use would be easy use, clearly indicate underlying parameterization assumptions, assist with policy decision making.
