摘要: Publisher Summary The use of thick- and thin film electrodes as supports for genosensor devices offers enormous opportunities their application in molecular diagnosis. technologies used the fabrication both thin-film allow mass production reproducible, inexpensive mechanically robust strip solid electrodes. Other important advantages these are possibility miniaturization well ease manipulation a disposable manner therefore small volumes. To detect transcriptional profiling single nucleotide polymorphism arrays 14, 20, 25, 48, 64 have been fabricated, using lithographic techniques. Readout systems based on electrical detection also developed. Moreover, thick-film sensor array suitable automation combined to readout intermittent pulse amperometry (IPA) has commercialized. These genosensors instruments provide simple, accurate platform patient It is more than probable that 50–100 DNA sequences will be needed some clinical applications. Although it not difficult design electrode pads with reproducible dimensions micron or less, electrochemical requires mechanical connections each individual electrode.
