摘要: Background Radioresistance remains a critical issue in the use of radiotherapy for treatment head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC). This study evaluated efficacy combination with OBP-301, telomerase-specific replication-selective adenovirus, overcoming radioresistance by examining its effect on radiation-resistant HNSCC cells. Methods Radiation-resistant cells were treated OBP-301 radiation vitro an orthotopic nude mouse model vivo synergism was assessed.
