摘要: Background Radioresistance remains a critical issue in the use of radiotherapy for treatment head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC). This study evaluated efficacy combination with OBP-301, telomerase-specific replication-selective adenovirus, overcoming radioresistance by examining its effect on radiation-resistant HNSCC cells. Methods Radiation-resistant cells were treated OBP-301 radiation vitro an orthotopic nude mouse model vivo synergism was assessed. Apoptosis expression MRN complex, which plays key role DNA repair machinery, also analyzed. Results Infection found to enhance antitumor both inhibiting complex increasing apoptosis induction.
