摘要: To investigate the sensitivity of modified Look–Locker inversion recovery (MOLLI) to measure changes in dissolved oxygen (DO) concentrations water samples and calculate sequence-specific relaxivity (r1m) limit detection (LOD). Ten with a range DO were scanned at 3 T using two variations MOLLI schemes. Using linear regression r1 was estimated from measured T1 relaxation rates (R1). The results combined previously reported values on vivo stability measures sequences used estimate LOD. ranged 0.5 21.6 mg L−1. A correlation between R1 obtained both sequences, an average coefficient (R2) 0.9 ( $$\hat{r}_{1}$$ ) 4.45 × 10−3 s−1 mg−1 L. Estimated LOD was ≈ 10 mg L−1. T1-mapping may be for detecting 4.18–4.8 × 10−3 s−1 mg−1 L corresponding approximately 10 mg L−1. MOLLI-based mapping useful non-invasive tool quantification concentration during challenges.
