摘要: The mitochondrial–nuclear interaction is essential for cellular homeostasis and proper function. DNA methylation plays an important role in gene expression regulation, as well maintaining genomic stability. Isonuclear-alloplasmic isoplasmic-allonuclear lines were used materials this study. mitochondrial (mtDNA) nuclear (nDNA) from maize tassels analysis with high-performance liquid chromatography. results follows. (i) Different mtDNA levels detected within the varied nDNA also among isonuclear-alloplasmic lines.
