摘要: Background: Acute vascular disease of the choroid or large vessels retina is usually accompanied by funduscopic signs. In instances monocular visual loss, such objective signs are important diagnostic clues that pathology in eye and not optic nerve. Methods: Fluorescein angiography was timed a consistent manner, photographs were taken at two frames per second. Orientation camera customized for each patient based on location field defect. Results: Eight patients with loss referred because cause evident. patient, fluorescein showed either retina, despite normal-appearing fundi. Conclusions: can detect otherwise occult choroid. eyes scotomas, angiogram should be performed oriented respect to Accurately timed, rapid sequence photography provides additional information about rate symmetry flow. Focal areas hypoperfusion often incidental but deserve added consideration when they correspond scotoma.
