摘要: Abstract Experiments were conducted on a 2-m high two-phase helium natural circulation loop operating at 4.2 K and 1 atm. Two heated sections with different internal diameter (10 6 mm) tested. The power applied the section wall was controlled in increasing decreasing sequences, temperature along section, mass flow rate pressure drop evolutions registered. post-CHF regime studied watching simultaneously evolution of boiling crisis onset test rate. A significant lessening friction observed simultaneous to development regime, accompanied by increase, which lets suppose that vapor film acts as lubricant. model created based this idea heat transfer considerations. predictions are satisfactory for low quality regime.
