摘要: This article examines the feasibility of spreading !°e!± e-government from solely web-based technology to mobile fie after reviewing development in China and present situation China. Through comparing with traditional analyzing experiences both western country China, a new model GMCC (Government Management & Call Center) is put forward as an assistant construction m-government.
