摘要: About 6 years ago we planned to extend our research on the photobiology and photobiochemistry of characteristic polyines related sulphur derivatives Asteraceae studies biogenesis these compounds and, in particular, enzymes involved processes; no are known for thiophene, thiarubrine or polyine biosynthesis. For this purpose decided use cell callus cultures selected plant species. Unfortunately, were not well prepared now well-known phenomenon switching off secondary metabolism such systems.
