摘要: This study examines tacit knowledge spillover among lodging firms within a destination and how it contributes to sustainable development. Longitudinal data for this were collected primarily through in-depth interviews with firms' managers operators in located southern China. The findings suggest that region may lead hospitality firm agglomeration. Furthermore, the eco-friendly hotel pioneers' may, over an extended time period, enhance initiatives operations of local firms, which contribute successful development destinations. also indicate government's effective interventions tend encourage facilitate establishing transfer mechanisms community, is significant context
