摘要: Abstract Population growth, climate change, and the occurrence of droughts have intensified water supply crises in Brazilian Semiarid region. The objective this study was to identify most relevant measures for improvement Caruaru, Brazil. research involved five steps: selection experts, comprehension variables, application Delphi research, statistical analyses, consolidation results. Projects expand system reduce real losses are recommended measures. It is also important implement an integrated resources management approach that embraces alternative technological governance strategies.
