摘要: Abstract Incorporating electroporation, iontophoresis and reverse systems for development of new generation low-cost medical devices, has ushered in a era affordable healthcare, as these permit noninvasive monitoring, diagnosis treatment patients. However, at present, still need to be integrated maximize their functions. Hence, this study is formulated design, construct evaluate (US$ 60), compact (15 × 9 × 5 cm) programmable mobile device delivery constant current high voltage electric pulses biomedical clinical applications. Results from show that the designed can administer electrical pulses, iontophoresis, adjustable high-voltages (10–300 V with 1% error) currents (10–300 μA different waveforms, good accuracy timing (3% error time ≥ 100 μs). In addition, vitro evaluations showed it capable functioning desirably over wide range impedance, compatible vivo human use; together demonstration its possible applications, such gene transfection, transdermal useful molecules/drugs treatments (e.g. insulin vitamin C) extraction metabolites/biomarkers urea) monitoring or diagnosis.
