摘要: The effect of inelastic scattering on electron diffraction by crystals is theoretically studied. It proved that the gives rise to an additional complex term Fourier coefficient inner potential. imaginary part explains qualitatively observation two components a doubly refracted beam are subjected different degrees absorption (Honjo and Mihama, J. Phys. Soc. Japan 9 (1954) 184). real correction about 6∼7 % calculated value mean potential at accelerating voltages 30∼40 kv. This systematic difference between experimentally obtained use diamagnetic susceptibility (Miyake, Proc. Physico-Math. 22 (1940) 666).
