摘要: Developments in the chemistry of lactose have progressed rapidly over last two decades. With current interest syntheses oligosaccharides milk and blood group substances, together with more sophisticated synthetic analytical techniques emerging, this trend is likely to continue. Despite this, as a raw material has yet reach its full potential. Some progress been achieved use hydrolysates foodstuffs,1,2 but chemical feedstock disaccharide still infancy.
