摘要: Background: To investigate prognostic factors and recurrence patterns in T4 gastric cancer (GC) patients after curative resection. Methods: Between January 2004 December 2014, 249 with undergoing resection were recruited. Patient characteristics, survival, analyzed. Results: Our results showed that the median survival time (MST) for was 55.47 months, 59.47 months T4a (tumor perforating serosa) 25.90 T4b invasion of adjacent structure). Multivariate analysis indicated age (hazard ratio [HR], 1.86; P = 0.006), location tumor (HR, 1.25, 0.90 - 5.64; < 0.001) intraoperative blood loss 1.85; 0.010) independent overall (OS). After a follow-up 25.87 total 109 (43.8%) suffered from recurrence, 90 had been observed specific sites, among which peritoneal metastasis most common pattern, 59.0% 88.3% T4b, respectively. Conclusions: For resection, older age, entire stomach more associated poor OS. The rate high, pattern metastasis.
