摘要: A reconstruction of the early Pleistocene paleohydrochemistry based on Mg, Sr and Ca content Cyprideis valves is presented for shallow lacustrine sequences Baza basin. large number environmental changes in this marginal area has been recorded by recurrent alternation two fossil assemblages which differ their salinity requirements. Measurements Sr/Ca Mg/Ca ratios individual calcite shells show that water higher saline stages (with thalassic organisms indicating marine-like conditions) was non-marine origin. The values from sands deposited during a phase lower than those an overlying carbonate sequence formed under conditions. These unexpected are assumed to be result major chemical composition shallow, littoral ponded areas hydrologically complex lake. In originated these areas, may used only as indicators within each portion single, continuous evolution. more open wide fluctuations ostracodes layers rippled ostracode-shell probably reflect mixing changing short-term
