摘要: The voice module acoustically replays SAP 3 messages, i.e. short message service (SMS) in a mobile station (MS) according to the GSM standard, global system for communications. A synthesizer is used deliver spoken message. speech synthesis may be carried out on received ASCII information. It independently of encoding schemes set header. output possible SMS peer or cell broadcast service.
