摘要: Objective: The present study evaluated the factors that contribute to stress and psychological difficulties of Italian military component United Nations Mission in Bosnia Herzegovina. This group was compared with a homogeneous stationed Italy. Methods: A cross-sectional performed two groups career personnel: 452 subjects who were as peacekeepers 166 All completed multiple-choice questionnaires (a self-evaluation test socioeconomic questionnaire) during various periods duty. Results: responses indicated did not show statistically significant increase stress. Those affected by stress, though, level high. principal variables associated greater length mission, lack recreational or athletic activities more than three family members, unemployment before enrollment. Conclusions: Peacekeepers come from an economically poor environment, have large families, usually history unemployment. Along these preenrollment risk factors, effective time spent mission also influence levels. Individual techniques for management should be implemented.
