摘要: Sixty-four murine alloreactive, cytolytic and noncytolytic , T lymphocyte clones were tested for the production of interleukin 2 (IL 2), macrophage-activating factor (MAF), interferon (IFN), colony-stimulating (CSF). Approximately 90% both secreted MAF IFN upon antigen or mitogen stimulation. IL 2, in contrast, was only released detectable amounts by 50% a subclass which proliferation independent exogenous ("antigen-driven" clones); 2-dependent did not release measurable 2. CSF approximately 2-independent 40% clones. The analysis reported here revealed strong quantitative correlation between titers clones, suggesting that these two assays may measure same lymphokine. Although other activities measured directly correlated, broad association noted secretion high MAF, IFN, CSF. Thus, on average significantly higher factors than
