摘要: The bush warblers (Cettia diphone) have been recognized to possess two types of songs: a normal song that plays roles in attracting mate and territorial defense, an anomalous song. present study suggests the functions as alarm signal well other unknown signals. Field observations playback experiments on warbler were conducted order investigate contextual information occurred between sender receiver. In field observation, males frequently emitted songs potential predators. responded with stuffed distance from where occurs stimulating source varied depending upon kinds stimulus. possibly show different responses level danger.
