摘要: Abstract A number of high-profile product safety events and recalls have heightened public attention to the safety, provenance, security products that they consume use; for example, recent horse meat crisis. Supply chains become increasingly complex, so traceability testing priorities. We also need meet challenge providing a sustainable secure supply safe, nutritious, affordable high-quality food (Global Food Security Strategic Plan, 2011-2016). Developments in science technology potential transform security, quality. Thus, industry faces these short-term challenges long-term growing world population when climate change will make ever more critical. While large companies chain knowledge resources cope with challenges, staff small medium enterprises often major gaps their expertise. This chapter discuss use case method teaching strategy which students must apply solve real-life situations delivery training at both undergraduate postgraduate levels United Kingdom Europe. Qualitative quantitative data from student feedback be used inform suggested improvements engagement scenarios.
