摘要: Fecal samples from 2,930 slaughtered healthy cattle were examined with the following goals: (i) to monitor shedding of Escherichia coli O157, Salmonella, and Campylobacter in cattle; (ii) further characterize isolated strains. The percentage that tested positive for E. O157 by PCR was 1.6%. Thirty-eight strains different animals agglutinated Wellcolex isolated. Of six sorbitol-negative strains, five stx2 genes (two times stx2c three stx2), one strain stx1 genes. All belonged serotypes O157:H7- O157:H7 harbored eae type gamma 1 ehxA 32 sorbitol-positive negative stx O157:H2, O157:H7, O157:H8, O157:H12, O157:H19, O157:H25, O157:H27, O157:H38, O157:H43, O157:H45, O157:H-. Therefore, maintenance hygiene crucial importance.
