Cl− induced synthesis of submicron cubic copper particles in solution

摘要: Abstract Submicron copper microcrystal was synthesized by reducing Cu2O with hydrazine hydrate as reducer in aqueous solution, and characterized X-ray diffraction (XRD) scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The shapes of depend on additives. Cubic particles were observed when the inorganic salt containing Cl−, such NH4Cl, NaCl, or KCl, added into reaction system. By combined use NH4Cl polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP), proportion cubic particle number exceeded 90%, size is 0.1∼0.5 μm. While other without Na2SO4 (NH4)2SO4, had little effect particles. growth mechanism metallic crystal solution analyzed. It suggested that formation crystals ascribed to selective adsorption Cl− (100) faces.
