Simulation and Experiment on High-Voltage Pulse Steepened by Switch

摘要: The circuit that a high-voltage pulse is sharpened by an opening switch and closing designed. electric exploding wire (EEOS) adopted as the to steepen primarily. When EEOS explodes, voltage passes through gas which used switch, then on terminal load. This high-current simulated steps with software PSPICE. experimental results show rising time of steepened twice nearly 1ns, peak greater than 200kV condition preliminary 35kV. obtained from simulation experiment are identical whole. As result, this has great prospects in mediation system.
