摘要: Effects of ultrasound (US, 300, 400, and 500 W) slightly acidic electrolyzed water (SAEW, 10, 30, 50 mg/L) combination on inactivating Rhizopus stolonifer in sweet potato tuberous roots (TRs) were investigated. US at W simultaneous SAEW with available chlorine concentration mg/L 40 55 °C for 10 min significantly inhibited colony diameters (from 90.00 to 6.00-71.62 mm) spores germination (p < 0.05). + treatment could destroy cell membrane integrity lead the leakage nucleic acids proteins Scanning transmission electron microscopy results showed that damage ultrastructure R. stolonifer, resulted severe cell-wall pitting, completely disrupted into debris, apparent separation plasma wall, massive vacuoles space, indistinct intracellular organelles. US500 SAEW50 increased permeability, decreased mitochondrial potential stolonifer. In addition, US300 controlled growth TRs during 20 days storage, suggesting effective inhibition infection Therefore, be a new efficient alternative method storing preserving TRs.
