摘要: For answering the question, “Is taurine a preventive nutritional factor of cardiovascular diseases (CVD) or just biological marker nutrition?” our experimental and world-wide cooperative studies on nutrition CVD are reviewed. The data so far obtained indicates is not only good sea food intakes but also an important nutrient for preventing hypertension atherosclerosis.
