摘要: Abstract The green peach aphid, Myzus persicae (Hemiptera: Aphididae) is an important phytophagous pest of greenhouse and field crops. In the host finding process visual cues are paramount importance. order to contribute understanding perception stimuli in this species, we measured electroretinogram alate female summer migrants M. persicae. spectral sensitivity was 10 nm steps under both dark light adaptation from 320 640 nm. adapted curve showed one maximum region around 530 nm a distinct shoulder between 500 510 nm. presence adapting light, secondary blue–green peak (490 nm) third near UV (330–340 nm) were observed. From these results conclude that has three types photoreceptors.
