摘要: We report the long-term results of combined surgical and radiological intervention in a patient with complicated aortic dissection, type-A. Following graft-repair dissected part ascending aorta, embolization splenic artery, stenting major abdominal arteries left renal was performed. The able to return normal active life, all stented remained patent after 32 months. A stent that mispositioned across lumen did not cause any symptoms.
