摘要: Les localisations ano-perineales de la maladie Crohn sont frequentes, considerees comme un critere gravite car elles alterent qualite vie et augmentent volontiers morbidite. Leur presence au moment du diagnostic, en particulier chez des sujets jeunes, font plus mauvais pronostic [1, 2]. Une atteinte ano-perineale severe entraine douleurs chroniques, une suppuration recidivante chirurgies iteratives. Le retentissement physique, emotionnel sexuel induit par les ecoulements troubles continence deformations sequellaires ano-perineales, participe a detresse morale ces patients.
