摘要: In this paper, the concept of a forward balancing technique fed by buck converter for lithium-based batteries in Electrical Vehicle (EV) applications is investigated. The proposed active topology equalizes eight cells series battery pack, using each pack and whole packs, converter. bank consists four which are series. Therefore, system will equalize 32 circuit employs single transistor used Zero Voltage Switch (ZVS) practice, means capacitor parallel with switch at same time demagnetizing transformer obtained. realizes low Electromagnetic Interference (EMI) reduces ringing. To overcome problem many pins on coil former, secondary windings made hairpin winding, ring core. It permits, e.g., having secondaries uniform output voltages. Each winding two turns zero-Ohm resistors has less components circuitry, it can multiple packs several converters pack. Experimental simulation results performed to verify viability topology.
