摘要: We present a detailed investigation of issues related to the measurement peculiar velocities and temperatures using Sunyaev-Zel'dovich (SZ) effects. estimate accuracy which gas distant galaxy clusters could be measured. With uK sensitivity on arcminute scales at several frequencies it will possible measure an about 130 km/s better than 1 keV. The limiting factor for measured velocity is presence bulk motions within cluster, even apparently relaxed clusters. temperature mainly limited by noise. These results are independent redshift. Such constraints can best achieved with only three frequencies: one in Rayleigh-Jeans region (<40 GHz), near 150 GHz, third 300 GHz or higher. Measurements null thermal SZ effect marginal utility, other as foreground/background monitor.
