摘要: Abstract We have investigated the solid-liquid equilibria phase diagrams and water activities of several carboxylic acid/water binary systems using differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) method. These mixtures were formed by low molecular weight acids (formic acid, acetic propionic acid butyric acid). Water solutions obtained from freezing point depression data in range ice melting envelope.
