摘要: The influence of conditions plasma surface treatment on hardening carbon steel technological process was analyzed. Hardening carried out in electrothermal line with an electrolytic cathode. When processing, crystal grains are crushed and the structure is changed from ferrite-pearlite to bainite-troostite martensite, depending processing conditions. In this case microhardness increase 2 - 3 times. dependence discharge current (2 10 A), distance between heat source surface, gas flow rate duration found.
