摘要: This chapter offers a practical approach to the management of patients with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM). The first section discusses in detail initial patient evaluation. second examines clinical criteria on which base timing follow-up visits and treatment strategies confront disease progression. Algorithms summarize general assessment HCM at evaluation during follow-up. A this is also dedicated education regarding lifestyle, family screening for HCM, genetic testing counseling.
