摘要: Aims. The total infrared (TIR: 8-1000 m) and far-ultraviolet (FUV:∼ 1500A) luminosity functions of galaxies the related densitiesρT IR andρFUV are known to evolve with redshift from z=0 z∼1 but a different rate: galaxy populations appear brighter in past at both wavelengths evolution TIR is larger than FUV. It leads an increase ratio FUV IR/ρFUV which can be interpreted as global dust attenuation z∼1. Our aim understand origin this increase: it ent irely due variation lumi nosity seen or properties evolving redshift? Methods. We focus on more luminous LTIR = 10 11 L⊙ z∼0.7 observed by SPITZER/MIPS we measure their ultraviolet emission 2310 A GALEX images. These Luminous InfraRed Galaxies (LIRGs) represent bulk density intermediate redshift. analysis (rest-frame) (LTIR/LFUV) enables us discuss compare what found nearby universe for similar l uminosity selected same way Results.
