Fine needle biopsy without syringe aspiration

摘要: Aspiration biopsies of fresh disease-free bovine hepatic liver were performed with three commercially available, small-gauge biopsy needles. A syringe was used to create a negative pressure when using Chiba® and Sure-cut® not PercuCutTM needles which an internal equivalent 1.5 ml the stylet is partially withdrawn. The PercuCut Chiba needle yielded significantly larger specimen size than Sure-Cut needle. There no significant difference in sample between All samples diagnostic quality.
