摘要: Abstract The tumor-suppressor protein p53 appears to function at the G1 phase of cell cycle as a checkpoint in response DNA damage. Mutations gene lead an increased rate genomic instability and tumorigenesis. The E2F-1 transcription factor is partner retinoblastoma-susceptibility product, RB. positive regulator or signal for entry into S phase. To explore possible interactions cycle, human expression plasmid was introduced murine line containing temperature-sensitive allele which produces wild-type conformation 32 degrees C mutant form 37.5 C. Coexpression these cells resulted rapid loss viability through process apoptosis. Thus, utilizes interacting communicative pathway between RB-E2F-1 p53.
