摘要: To investigate the role of histamine in airway remodeling, 50 healthy guinea pigs were divided into 5 groups: control group: nebulized inhalation distilled water for 8 weeks; asthma model ovalbumin (OVA) weeks after sensitization; continued OVA 14 sensitization and was added last 6 antagonist receptor antagonists weeks. For each group, concentration histamine, sodium ion (Na(+)), chlorine (Cl(-)), arterial partial pressure oxygen (PaO2), carbon dioxide (PaCO2), pH, actual bicarbonate (AB), standard (SB) serum, thickness mucosa, base membrane smooth muscle measured compared with other. The results showed that: (1) serum increased, following order was, group (P<0.01); lower than that (P<0.05, 0.01). (2) PaO2 normal PaO2, AB, SB decreased, higher but PaCO2, converse Na(+) Cl(-) there no difference among these groups. It is concluded Histamine one mediators remodeling asthma. may play a preventing treating remodeling. (3) There negative correlation between pH wall (P<0.01), while positive anion gap (AG) (P<0.01).
